How to Rooting Android Lollipop on Motorola Moto G

How to Rooting Android Lollipop on Motorola Moto G

As one of the best-selling products of Motorola, Moto G is certainly a lot of support from the developers who take the time to develop tools and custom ROMs. Because Moto G get ration officially Lollipop updates from Motorola, it stands to reason that the update brings a lot of applications that could certainly not in use.

The default Applications that do not use can be removed if you already have root access. As I say in the beginning, that there is a lot of support from the developer tools. Well, Chainfire - which is a leading developer of rooting tools - is the first developer to release a tool for rooting Lollipop on Moto G.

To do the rooting you must use a computer that has been installed drivers and fastboot. Please read the writing about practical ways to install fasboot both on Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows.

In addition, be sure you've unlocked bootloader, it automatically anyway, because to install Lollipop in Moto G you have to unlock the bootloader as well.

This method will use the CF-AUTO-ROOT made by Chainfire. Chainfire is also the developer behind the root management tool SuperSU.

1. Please download the CF-AUTO-ROOT here, specifically for the model XT1033 yes. Save the file on your computer and extract the ZIP file her.

2. Turn off the Moto G and enter into fastboot mode by pressing the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously.

Actually CF-ROOT-AUTO is already providing the installer file that can be directly executed, but for some reason the file was not able to walk properly when I try. Finally I just execute the command point, which is to flashing .img files inside the folder image. Following orders.

3. Go to the folder CF-AUTO-ROOT extract ZIP files earlier by typing the command in ADB:
cd CF-Auto-Root-falconumtsds-falconretbrds-xt1033

4. Then go to the folder image by entering the command:
cd image

5. Then flash the .img files in the folder
fastboot boot CF-Auto-Root-falconumtsds-falconretbrds-xt1033.img

6. Wait for it to finish and reboot Android as usual.

If successful, it should appear SuperSU application, make sure the root checker application that can be obtained from the Play Store.
